FACILITY RENTAL

The First Step Actors' Workshop resides in a spacious and newly renovated three thousand square foot warehouse in North Vancouver. Standing two stories tall, the facility includes four large classrooms, a viewing theatre, photography studio, a fully equipped taping facility, editing suite, and office space with ample waiting and meeting areas, multiple washrooms, student computers, wireless Internet, cable and private parking. Fax, photocopy, and scanning services are also available. The First Step facility is home to a variety of programs as well as The Actors' Centre Advanced and Professional Programs and The North Shore Film Festival. The studios are regularly booked for meetings, photo shoots, group discussions, rehearsals and local casting sessions. All studios are available for rent at a rate of thirty-five dollars per hour. (3 hour minimum rental), or a flat day rate of $160 dollars.
