The focus of this class is understanding the moment and the characters' experience.  At this level, students are living truthfully under imaginary circumstances, empathizing with their characters plight and focussing on "knowing it, not showing it".  This class begins the Young Artists journey away from performance, and towards being in the moment, being connected, listening and allowing the character to speak.  Script and Character analysis, Scene Study, Actor Exercises, Improvisation, Audition class, Set Experience, Creative Writing.  This class requires memorization and Scene Preparation.  Attendance and punctuality preferred.
